These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jilipar platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and the Loyalty Program. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on Jilipar.

21+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use Jilipar. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory during KYC. Underage accounts will be closed and funds returned.
Philippine Residents Only
Jilipar is operated for and available to eligible residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one Jilipar account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name and verified accordingly.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits on Jilipar are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Loyalty cashback is exempt from wagering requirements.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilipar login credentials. Jilipar will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access.
Philippine Law Governs
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Jilipar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Important Notice: By registering an account on Jilipar or by continuing to use the Jilipar platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Jilipar platform.
1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Jilipar," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Jilipar online gaming platform accessible at jilipar.com.
- "Platform" means the Jilipar website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered players.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a Jilipar account.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Jilipar Platform.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Jilipar account using a supported payment method, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Jilipar before a Player may withdraw funds.
- "Loyalty Program" means the Jilipar tiered rewards system comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
2 Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on Jilipar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Jilipar does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Jilipar, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Jilipar Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
Age Verification: Jilipar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money games on Jilipar, you must create an account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply:
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Jilipar account. If Jilipar detects that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — Jilipar reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
3.3 KYC Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, Jilipar requires Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Jilipar may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jilipar will never request your password through any channel. You must notify Jilipar support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Jilipar shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
Jilipar supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jilipar does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in the Player's own name.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Jilipar cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Jilipar reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Once approved, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. Jilipar reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.
4.5 Fees
Jilipar does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees. Jilipar is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5 Gameplay Rules
5.1 Game Availability
Jilipar offers a curated selection of online games including Dragon Tiger, Monster Crash, Table games, Midas Fortune, Double Fortune, and God Fish Slicing. Game availability may vary and Jilipar reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
5.2 RNG and Fairness
All Jilipar games that rely on random outcomes use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, bet size, or player identity. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
5.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, Jilipar reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Jilipar's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the wagered amount will be provided in connection with a technical malfunction.
5.4 Disconnection Policy
If a Player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's programmed logic. Jilipar is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers made available on Jilipar are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus credits expire at the end of the validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Jilipar actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players, or any other conduct that Jilipar reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, Jilipar reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
6.4 Promotion Changes
Jilipar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable notice where practicable.
7 Loyalty Program
The Jilipar Loyalty Program rewards regular Players with points, cashback, and exclusive benefits across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The following conditions apply to the Loyalty Program:
- Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers. Points are not earned on wagers made using Bonus Balance.
- Tier status is calculated based on cumulative qualifying wagers within the applicable assessment period. Tier downgrades may occur if qualifying wager thresholds are not maintained.
- Weekly cashback rewards are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance and are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts on the Player's verified date of birth, subject to KYC verification being complete.
- Jilipar reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program structure, point values, tier thresholds, and reward rates at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players in advance.
- Loyalty points and tier status have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

8 Responsible Gaming
Jilipar is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from Jilipar may request self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jilipar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to Jilipar support immediately.
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity. Jilipar complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jilipar staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
10 Suspension & Account Closure
10.1 Suspension by Jilipar
Jilipar reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where Jilipar has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; the Player's identity or age cannot be verified; or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Closure by Jilipar
Following investigation, Jilipar may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon closure for cause, Jilipar reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified Real Money Balance (net of any forfeited amounts) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
10.3 Closure by Player
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting Jilipar support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jilipar's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Jilipar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Jilipar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jilipar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using Jilipar, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. Jilipar is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
12 Privacy
Jilipar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on Jilipar, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Jilipar complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
13 Amendments to These Terms
Jilipar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Jilipar will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Jilipar Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jilipar Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Jilipar from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
